This is a companion blog to the book ‘Soup Club’ by Caroline Wright, which is a collection of recipes from her underground vegan soup club she runs for her friends and neighbors in Seattle. Note that this isn’t a recipe blog — you’ll want to buy the book for those. (Also because it’s pretty and one-of-a-kind.) This blog is meant to encourage a kind of virtual soup club, a place to gather and collectively obsess over soup, to pick up tips and tricks from Caroline as she cooks through the book, soup season after soup season.
